How to Use

Put On and Remove Bench

  • Both the front and side benches can be easily put on and removed.
  • This is handy for bringing food to and from the grill.
  • Align the two holes in the front of the bench with the pins on the brackets and push straight in and then lower down to lock into place.

Lock Bench

  • The bench can be temporarily locked so it cannot be taken off
  • Two swing plates underneath the bench can be pushed across to block the hole that that pin passes through.

Fold Down/Up

  • While holding the bench on both the left and right sides, lift up vertically all the way, then swing the bench down.
  • Rotate back up and push down to lock back in the flat, upright position.

Cleaning

  • Wipe down with soft cloth and any common kitchen surface cleaner or BBQ spray.
  • To clean more stubborn stains, polish along the brushed grain with Jif or Bar Keepers Friend (or equivalent) to remove any rust or other blemishes.
  • Although high quality 304 grade stainless steel used for the benches, it can still develop “tea staining” brown corrosion spots if near the coast or swimming pool.
  • To remove rust spots, use ultra-fine wire wool together with Jif, Bar Keepers Friend or equivalent stainless steel cleaner. Take care to rub with the brushed surface pattern where applicable.
  • Do not use a stainless steel steel cleaning ball or coarse cleaning pad or brush as it will scratch the stainless steel.
